If you are a fellow midwesterner then you may already know about the 11 midwestern seasons. Since we are creeping up on mud season we have been upping our vacuum frequency to try to stay ahead of the mud and dirt that our pups bring inside. Leo loves to help with vacuuming and has gotten a lot of mileage out of his junior Dyson. It’s adorable how excited a one year old can get about vacuuming.
The ‘big game’ was last weekend – we enjoyed a 7 layer dip, inspiration courtesy Brunch with Babs, so much so we will be making this dip again this weekend.
We found the real key with 7 layer is is mixing taco seasoning with the sour cream layer.
Now that our closet renovation project is complete we have spent a lot of time discussing wardrobes and curating our belongings. Not sure if we are ready to go full on minimalist wardrobe yet but I think we could definitely move toward more of a capsule wardrobe.
THINGS THAT CAUGHT MY EYE THIS WEEK:
I have been using a vitamin C serum for a few months, but I want to try a different brand. I just can’t get myself to spend over $100 on a bottle of serum, maybe someday but not right now. I was happy to find this one that a bit more affordable and next on my purchase list.
Just a reminder that in order to be the noun you have to do the verb.
